I had the privilege of writing and conducting several of the orchestral arrangements for Billy's final opus, "TANGIER".
What struck me was that everyone involved had such a deep respect for the material and Billy's legacy, they were determined to go the extra mile.
The profound contribution Billy made to the Australian music industry will never be forgotten. Fortunately, the same will not be said of Mr. Zuel.
