 First my regard for Billy Thorpe as a long time freind is forever. And him as a musician with a far reaching talent that is reserved for only  the few is without question.

His influence , inspiration,are  being felt to this day in the music community.

Billy's now nominated  album (his last) is a shinning example of this musical power.

 Which get's me to the point  of this letter.!!!     My opinion about the low-life

 critical comments on the merit's  of Billy Thorpe's right to be nominated I find to be indefensible,

 and proof that anyone subscribing  to such crap is showing one NO class ,but most of all a total lack

of knowledge as to Billy's musical  legacy!!!!.

 Billy it is my fervent wish that your family get's to take the  VICTORY walk . And it will always

be an honor to have been your freind ,and to have shared a stage  with you.
